English With Stories is a digital platform for story-based English learning books. You can buy books one by one or through an annual membership.

We may improve the service, the book list, and features. Changes will not take away access to content you have already bought.

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for giving accurate, up-to-date information.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

One account is for one person. Sharing an account is not allowed.

All text, stories, images, audio, design, and software on the site belong to the seller or its licensors.

When you buy content, you get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use it.

Fees are the amounts shown in your cart at the time of purchase. Payments run through Stripe.

Annual membership gives access to current books and to new books added during the membership period. You can manage membership from My account.

We try to keep the service available. There may still be short interruptions for maintenance, provider problems, or events outside our control.

We schedule planned maintenance at quieter times when we can.

If you break these terms, especially the rules against copying or sharing content, we may pause or close your account.

In that case we may not refund you. We may also claim any loss caused by the breach.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from that date.

The seller is established in United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you cannot give up under the law of your home country.
