Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person or organisation that creates an account and places an order on the English With Stories website. We use the name, email, and billing details you give at checkout.

This agreement covers the sale and digital delivery of the products you order on the website, including their description and price.

The products are digital story-based English learning books and an annual membership that unlocks site content. Nothing is shipped in print. Access is online only.

The product name, quantity, price, and any membership period are shown in your cart and in the Pre-Information Form before you pay.

Annual membership is priced in US dollars. Individual book prices may be shown in Turkish Lira. The amount you pay is the price shown at checkout. Later price changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken through Stripe’s secure checkout.

The seller does not see, store, or process your card details. Payment happens on the payment provider’s systems.

Because the products are digital, they are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. You can open them from My account.

There is no shipping fee. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.

If payment is confirmed but access is not opened, email the seller. We will fix the problem in a reasonable time.

Digital content is made available as soon as you pay. For this kind of digital product, a right of withdrawal generally does not apply once access has started.

Before you pay, you confirm that access starts at once and that you do not have a right of withdrawal. The order cannot be completed without this confirmation.

If content is defective or you cannot access it, you still have the rights described on the Refunds page.

You may use purchased digital content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, share, sell, or give account access to other people.

You are responsible for keeping your account details private. If we find unauthorised use, we may pause access.

Please contact the seller first by email so we can try to solve the problem directly and in good faith.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you cannot give up under the law of your home country.

By ticking the boxes at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement and the Pre-Information Form. The agreement starts when the seller accepts your order.
